Technostamper #158

Hello everyone. Once again I took part in Technostampers challenge. I am on the trot today as it is a national holiday here in Australia for Australia Day and I am off to my besties house for some artistic play lol. Below is the sketch we were to follow. . .

And this is my take on the above sketch. . .

I used SU cardstock as always and stamp pads and punches and sentiment lol. I used 7 Gypsies Conservatory paper on the bottom and then overstamped it with the Timsters Flights of Fancy stamp set in SU Soft Suede. The couple is from Hampton Art in cahoots with Graphic 45 as is the background on the top of my card from the same stamp set. I love how this turned out.

Okay I am off to play.

Card Patterns - #99

Well here it is the very next day and I have completed another card challenge lol. I jumped straight in and did Card Patterns sketch this week and I have about another three I will be doing over the next two days or so. Below is the sketch for this week. . .

This is my take on the above sketch. . .

Of course I used by fav paper line Graphic 45 Steampunk Debutante. I used Sherry's crinkle ribbon and made my own rosette button. The stamped sentiment is from the Timster. The nuts and bolts stamp at the top of the card is from my SU Robots stamp set hehe which I just love as is the border punch. Okay that is it for me tonight. I have made four videos today for Marion Smith's 31 Day challenge and I am playing catch up. If you would like to see them jump over to my You Tube channel and take a look.

Okay ladies here is another challenge I have taken part in this week and the sketch is from Technostamper. I used flowers for my 3 x 3 embellies. Not too sure whether I like my card for this challenge or not yet. . .as they say the jury is still out!!

This is my take on the above sketch. . . .

Once again using October Afternoon Modern Homemaker papers. I used the clear buttons from Stampin' Up! and put the Modern Homemaker paper behind it and used Linen thread. Make sure you look below this post as I have another card that I made for another challenge.

Card Positioning Systems - #201

Well finally here I am with another challenge. Sorry for being absent but I have been doing Marion Smith's 31 Day challenge over on You Tube and I am a tad behind on that at the moment but plan on catching up over the next two days. It depends on how much time I get to myself. This card is for CPS but it might be a little too late but never mind I still took part and that is the main thing don't you think? Below is the sketch that we were to follow. . .

I just got this paper collection from Ellen Hutson.com and it is relatively new from October Afternoon called Modern Homemaker and I love it. I got the chipboard and stickers etc to go with it. I will be back with other cards very shortly so make sure you take a peek at all the other cards I have been making.

Hello again. I decided to make another card tonight as I was sitting here watching YT videos on Marion Smith's challenge - 31 days, 31 videos, 31 goals. I think I might take part in this so be prepared for 31 videos in the month of Jan. I was procrastinating so much about it but I think I will commit. You should go over to YT and take a look at apieceofcraftdotcom and try it out for yourself. I chose Technostamper once again to follow their sketch as laid out below. . . .

This is my take on the above sketch and I used October Afternoon Thrift Shop papers which is a fav of mine and I have the HomeMaker coming lol. The flower I made using white Primas and I glimmer misted them in red velvet which has a black sheen to it which matched the card. I stamped the sentiment in Versamark and embossed in SU gold embossing powder. Oh the flower I dusted in Diamond Dust. . .another fav thing of mine hehe.
