The sketch over at Clean and Simple is set out below and I really love the clean lines of this challenge blog but the finished project always looks fabulous in my opinion lol.
This is my take on the above sketch. I bought these little price tags from my local newsagent the other day thinking I would like to have a play with them. They have white cotton to tie around the item for sale so I used distress inks to colour the tag and wound the cotton around the flower from behind it so it just hangs there. I like how it looks on the card.
I used the background designer paper in really thin strips to use as "thread" in the button and I love how it turned out. Also on the scalloped edges I used a really small holed punch to punch between the scallops and if you click on the card you will be able to see it better. Ok that is all from me today.In the meantime. . . .
