Swap Sisters Week 4 Challenge

I'm so sorry that my post is late this week for Swap Sisters I came down with some kind of virus and I have been sleeping virtually since Saturday. I was only well enough tonight to finally make my card for this weeks challenge over at Swap Sisters. The challenge this week was to use/incorporate something 3D from nature, together with a nature themed image. Scrubby had just trimmed all the small pine trees in the backyard so when I walked outside that was the first thing I spotted so that was it for me lol. Besides being far too sick at the time of getting my nature bit, I knew I could do something with it. The stamp set I used was a two step set which is now retired. The brads used are from Rich Regals and I also used Hemp Twine. Cardstock used was Always Artichoke, Mellow Moss and Whisper White. I used retired River Rock, Mellow Moss and Basic Black stamp pads. The button and ribbon are from my stash.

I hope you come along and play with us this week and for those of you who are not a member why not drop me an email and join you will be pleasantly surprised by what you find. The ning community is by invitation only. Okay for now that is all I have. Don't forget this card is for sale so if you wish to purchase it click on the Add to Cart button below.
In the meantime. . . .
Walk about your day with creative beauty.

Michelle, sorry to hear you were under the weather. This card looks great and I like this new banner on your blog better than the last one.

Great card! I love that stamp set too. It's sad when favourites are retired.

Loved the feel of you card Michelle. It's looks so "fresh" and I bet it smelt beautiful as well.

Thanks for incorporating some great techniques into your card.
