365 Cards - #196 - Just A Touch

Over at 365 Cards today the challenge was Just A Touch! "And here's the specific challenge: Using a stamped image (ink or digi), use black on white, and just add a touch of color somewhere. I'm going with the "less is more" theory on this one!" Those were Pam's words to the letter. I chose my SU Fifth Avenue Floral stamp set to use as well as my new DCWV Garden Party paper stack. I used SU Pastels to give the rose just a hint of Cameo Coral colour. There you have it for the day. No fuss, no drama, just plain and to the point lol.

Okay I am absolutely knackered after helping our daughter and son in law move house today so am going to have a shower, dinner and then maybe look at some online craft videos. . .yeah I know I am truly sad aren't I. Here I am on a Saturday night looking at craft videos on the net. But if anyone asks me I can just say Oh I watched videos hehehehehehe. I don't have to tell them what they were lol that is just between you and me okay. . .secret squirrel business.
In the meantime. . . .
Walk about your day with beauty.
The Gypsy

Supplies: SU Kraft and Whisper White cardstock, Fifth Avenue Floral and Friends stamp sets, Basic Black stamp pad, Large oval and scallop oval punches. Bazzill olive cardstock. DCWV Garden Party paper stack. Olive Green ribbon from my stash. SU Pastels in Cameo Coral.

Hi Michelle,
Your card is gorgeous! I can't wait to posted mine later today. DH has an ultrasound and other tests this morning and we'll be at Doctor's most of the day. A note: the package went out yesterday (ran into a small problem), post lady said 7-10 days. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU OPEN THE BOX AS THE CONTENTS INSIDE MAY GET DAMAGED ----USE NO SCISSORS OR KNIFES TO OPEN!!! Enjoy!
